What a difference one year makes! First two pics are from the first month we had him and the second two are from Sept/Oct 2016. Jaeger, the deaf Catahoula, is now about 2 and a half and is no longer skittish and constantly nervous. He chooses to lay with people now and will flop down just about anywhere. He still has a few night terrors but they aren’t as frequent. He is quickly getting used to socializing with small dogs…still scared of other big dogs though. In the last year he learned hand signs for sit, stay, come, lay, down, no, bad, good boy, bed, sleep, potty, outside/inside, happy, love you, and the list goes on. Deaf dogs really do rock!
