I change the header & avatar of handsomedogs every 3 months with the seasons. September I will be in need of a fall themed photo that will look perfect with handsomedogs written across it. If you go to the front page now, handsomedogs.com, you’ll see what i mean. 

A photo that is:

  • High quality
  • Landscape
  • Fall themed (i.e; leaves, pumpkins)

For the avatar, it doesn’t need a theme, just a portrait of a dog! Headshots preferred. 

I usually just pick them out myself, but since handsomedogs’ theme is geared towards the dog community, it makes sense for it to be a dogblr’s photo! A watermark on your image is fine, but I will be giving you credit for your images and hopefully get you ome traffic to your blog/website!

@tempurafriedhappiness ideal dimensions for the front page photo would be 1500px X 1000px (or larger)

You all can submit as many as you’d like to me, not just which ones you’d think would look good. I like a variety to choose from.

For the avatar, I like just dog faces with not much background.
