This is Skippy, I once submitted a photo of him a while back asking for help to identify his breed! I got a DNA test and the results say one of his parents was a purebred chihuahua, and the other was a cocker spaniel/manchester terrier mix! @skippy-the-esa

Today was the hardest day of my life as a pet owner, as we made the decision to put my 16 year old wiemeriener to rest. He could no longer keep his back legs steady, was blind, near deaf, and had mange. I had him for most of my life, and I feel I didn’t appreciate him enough these past couple years. Today I did not tell him I loved him, not because I didn’t want to or I didn’t mean it, but I was overwhelmed with grief. My worst guilt is that he passed not knowing I still loved him. Consolation? →
