How do you stand on "beginner/intermediate/experienced owner" dog breeds? Could someone who has never owned dogs before still get a breed that is often described as "not for beginners" such as a shiba or akita?

I think it depends on the owner tbh. If you’re realistic and committed to making it work even with a less forgiving dog, then go for it.
