The Black Tongue
Majority believes that a black tongue or black spots on a tongue indicates that a dog is, or is mixed with, a Chow Chow. But! Many pure-bred dog breeds have this feature and are in no way related to the Chow.

So if you’re determining your dog’s breed by his/her tongue, don’t be too quick to judge! 😉
