My friend posted on fb that the Kerns County animal shelter in California is being shut down. Adoptions are under $20. I have shared the post on my tumblr account. All pets not adopted by September 30th will be euthanized. It breaks my heart to think any of these pets might still be there at that time. Are you willing to share this information, in case any of your California followers is looking for a new companion and willing to save a life? Thanks M
