- I’m sorry to be that person, but your post about Komondor grooming was not quite correct. The dog in the last picture is likely a Bergermasker which naturally grows different cords like in the picture. Komondors naturally grow cords maybe twice as thick as the showdog’s in the second picture. Usually, you don’t have to handbraid or anything. By petting the dog you’d prevent the cords from sticking together. It’s only important to keep them apart close to the roots, that’s all.
